Terms & Conditions
Welcome to our store. By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Customer Information & Order Verification
Customers agree to provide accurate, genuine contact and delivery information. Orders placed online may be subject to phone confirmation before being dispatched to our courier partners.
2. Pricing & Inventory Availability
All prices are listed in local currency. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, in the rare event of a stock shortage or pricing discrepancy, our support team will notify you prior to order shipment.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Terms
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers agree to pay the exact invoice amount upon delivery by the courier representative. Customers are requested to inspect the exterior packaging upon receipt.
4. Order Cancellation & Modifications
You may request order modifications or cancellations prior to parcel handover to the courier. Once an order is in transit with the courier, standard return policies apply.
